Returns or exchanges are only accepted on items within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Items returned outside of this window will not be accepted.  Items must be in original condition and must not be damaged or worn and have the original tags on. Returns that are damaged or missing tags will not be processed and will be returned to sender.  ANI+WREN does not price match or price adjust on changes to the original selling price.  Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. 

The following items may not be returned for exchange or store credit: 

  • Custom or personalized jewelry 
  • Swimwear 
  • Undergarments
  • Beauty and Personal Care Products


  1. To request a return please email with the following: order number, item name, reason for return, photos if damaged.
  2. ANI+WREN will review your order to ensure you are eligible for a return.
  3. We will email you with an RA number to finalize the return process. Your return must be shipped out within 5 days of receiving your RA.
  4. Email us with tracking of your return shipment.
  5. Once we receive your items, the return/ refund will be processed (excluding duties and shipping charges). Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Please keep in mind every banking institution differs slightly with timing. We will send you an email confirmation once we have refunded your order.


If you have received a gift, you are eligible to exchange within 14 days, as long as the product is unworn, not damaged, has the original price tags on and is not marked as FINAL SALE. Please follow the above steps to make a return. 


The customer is responsible for paying shipping and duties charges on any returned packages. We will not be refunding duties and shipping charges when the refund is processed. If the package is sent to us and the duties have not been pre paid, the package will be returned to sender. Shipping fees can only be refunded if the item is received damaged or defective. 

ANI+WREN is not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We recommend tracking your package and sending through your  tracking number to when shipping out your return.
