The perfect game day recipe! These Buffalo cauli bites are so damn good. Pretty spicy (aka not kid friendly). To make them less spicy add less hot sauce and a bit more butter. Serve on its own with ranch dip, or in a tacos (top with coleslaw and sour cream!)
1/2 cup cauliflower - cut into large florets
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Cup hot sauce (I used franks red hot)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp honey
1/2 juice lemon
Preheat oven to 450F
Spray florets with a bit of cooking spray.
Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder and salt and stir in milk - until a thick paste forms
Toss in cauliflower - all florets should be coated in a thin layer
Place florets individually on a parchment sprayed baking sheet (don't dump all of them at once - make sure they are spaced out.) Bake for 10 mins, flip cauli, bake another 10.
While they are baking, whist hot sauce, melted butter, honey and lemon. Remove cauliflower from the oven and dip each piece in sauce (coat all over - the saucier the better!). Put back in oven for 10 mins. Serve warm!!! Enjoy :)
