2.5 cups flour (or gf flour)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla
Banana / Chocolate Chips

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
4. Add wet to dry (if using GF flour add a couple extra tbsp buttermilk
5. Spray a parchment lined baking sheet
6. Spread batter evenly on baking tray. Add toppings. Bake 12-15 mins
