1. Using a rolling pin, roll your bread flat. Cut off crusts.
2. Spread your topping in bread and add fruit to one side only (if too full won’t roll). Roll it up!
3. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
4. Dip roll ups into mixture. Heat pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
5. Cook each side of the roll 1-2 mins per side until browned. Dust with a bit of icing sugar!
