Wren's Recipe: Everyday Smoothie
WREN'S EVERYDAY SMOOTHIE

I drink this literally every morning … it tastes like a strawberry milkshake and has so much protein and nutrients. Full recipe below!
1/2 frozen banana
Handful frozen berries
Handful frozen spinach
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Design for Health)
1 tbsp marine collagen (I use bend skincare)
1 dropper vitamin d
1 tsp pitaya powder
Handful of ice
Water
I blend all ingredients in my Nutribullet (which i'm obsessed with) and top with hemp hearts and cacao nibs
