Okay guys ... I couldn't resist so here's my take on the super trendy salmon rice bowl as popularized by Emily Mariko.
1. Mash cooked salmon with some rice
2. Pop an ice cube in the middle of your rice dish and place a piece of parchment paper/another plate on top of your rice mix.
3. Microwave it for 1 minute.
4. I added some tamari, sriracha mayo, rice vinegar, edemame, kimchi, avocado & sesame seeds!
5. Use the seaweed to scoop up the rice and enjoy!
