1 MINUTE MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (mix with 1 tsp of hot water to thin out)
2 tbsp maple syrup (or 1 tbsp monk fruit sugar)
Handful choc chips (I use sugar free)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk until smooth (except choc chips).
2. Divide into 2 ramekins or mugs (it will puff up!)
3. Top with chocolate chips and microwave for 60 seconds
4. Top with coco whip (or whip cream)
