It always seems overwhelming and daunting to me. I am certainly not as passionate as Wren is about cooking, but I still want to know how to put together good healthy meals for my family.The big takeaway that Wren taught me is that it doesn’t need to be complicated.
Choose 1 new recipe a week, an easy one, and conquer that first.
Once you get into the swing of things, you’ll start to build confidence in the kitchen, and things will start to feel more natural and less intimidating. Over the next few months, Wren is going to teach me some yummy healthy staples to add to my bland, flavorless line up of recipes.
