Watch Wren and kids make some super easy, satisfying meatballs for a birthday dinner!
3 lb ground veal 1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon salt
4 cups marinara sauce 1 cup water
Place first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mash together with your hands (wash up first). Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Pour marinara sauce and water into a large pot over low heat. Add meatballs and make sure they are submerged by the sauce. Cover and cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
